Newslletter Print Advice pleaase

I need to print 1400 double sided sheets in colour for a local newsletter.
Can any kind person in this group who has experience of this suggest a
printer to handle this project on a reasonable budget (sub £350) with
reasonable ongoing toner/inkjet costs. Networking not essential.

You omitted very important information--How often do you need to do this,
and how much time do you expect to need for the actual printing process?
What size are the pages? Color printing ups the cost and printing time by a
large factor. You may be better served to utilize a commercial small job
printer. To me, no affordable color laser has "reasonable" toner costs.
