Tektronix Phaser 560 problem

Hi,

I'm new to this group and I have a question about a problem with a Tektronix
Phaser 560 color printer.
This printer came up with a message, that the fuser roll needs to be
replaced soon, later on (about 100 pages later)
the printer stopped and the message was "replace fuser roll now". I did
that.....

.....there was no possibility to set back the pages or anything in the menue,
so I thought the page-count will be set back
to zero when the rol was replaced. When I switched the printer on after
replacingthe roll, the percentage of the fuser roll
was still 0% but the printer worked again.....for 208 pages....and now it is
again stopped and displays "replace fuser roll now".

Can anybody help me with this problem?
