Worn out Retread

I had a problem with a cartridge on a Pixma IP4200 where the printer
reported that there were too many cartridges of the same colour installed in
the printer. Went to the Canon site and reported the problem. 2 days later
got a response that the cartridge was the problem and to replace the
cartridge. A toll free number was given to call to get a new cartridge under
warranty. This I did and the new cartridge showed up 2 days later via
courier.

It is great to get service like that.
