Conroe Does It Again!!! :D
Super PI test 1MB:
I get 35 secs with my P4 3.6GHz ..... the lowest was 28secs with Nitrogen Cooled AMD FX60 OCed to 3GHz .... Now OCed Conroe does it in 9Secs!!!!! wtf ....... http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=101421 For those of you new SuperPI test is a benchmarking program where your processors are required to bring out a 1MB sized output of (22/7) in decimal ... |

So didnt i had tell u tht COnroe will be probably checking its resources for the nasty ride..... in its lab....
I can feel the silence before the storm.... BUt will tht be a huge twister or Tsunami for AMD.... Cuz AMD is also gettin ready with its "torrenza" LETZ c who will Rock.....

couldn't have put it better myself .. "Calmness before the storm" . I can imagine the day when these will be released (intel and amd will release at the same time i s'pose) .. the sites will be flooded with reviews and critics and the forums will be on fire ...

SuperPI is really a bit** of AMD's .. and much favoured by the high clocks of Pentiums .... rather than jumping around SuperPI scores .. why don't i see other relevant scores from gamesd etc. etc.
And these battles among the two giants ... O.F. .... hope the wrold survives after 2006 ... coz by 2007 .. we'll be floating in the river of uber cool developements ... |
