the first one didn't recognise it and the other two just plain didn't work

open cmd and type the following commands :

wmic baseboard get /format:list > c:\report.txt
wmic bios get /format:list >> c:\report.txt
wmic sounddev get /format:list >> c:\report.txt

Now post the contents or attach the report.txt file in the C drive.
