First of all, what motherboard do you have? Sometimes it may have hidden features/jumpers which can reveal extra advanced options in the BIOS. If not and your using a AMD motherboard with no voltage options then theres no way of adjusting the voltage, if you were an Intel user, even if your motherboard doesn't have voltage and overclocking options, you would have a bit of luck because you can do the BSEL and Volt Mod.
