Talking AMD Dual Core processors for socket 939 motherboard ?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew where to buy any AMD dual core processors for the 939 sockets, I can't find them on any of the big company sites all I really find stuff in is on Ebay and they're all used mostly. I don't really wanna spend anythin over 100 so if you know anywhere I can find something let me know, thanks!

Re: socket 939 processors

You can't find a new one for less then 100 bcoz of AM2....your best bet is ebay.....who cares when its used...as long as its not damaged, scratched, overclocked and the sellers rep and trade is good and it is not a fake and etc!

Re: socket 939 processors

You will get new AM2 5400+ X2 much less than $100.

I don't think there are any 939socket dual core presently in the market, also I have never seen 939socket dual core from AMD's.

Re: socket 939 processors

Yea I can't really ever find them in the market but they did originally make 939 sockets so that people would be able to "adapt to the change better" supposedly but i see more dual core Opterons than Athlons usually for that socket.

Re: socket 939 processors

You can get socket 939 based processor but it will be hard to find. All X2 under 4800 are also available for 939 . .Apart from that get a new AMD 780 G based mobo couple with Phenome X3 As 780 has the most power onboard VGA which isn't available for Intel
