usb not recognition

My usb is not working all of 6 sockets not working.....

i uninstall n reinstall the usb drivers but problem is not solved plz help asap.

Double click on the problematic devices and find the Error code shown.

Did you try re-installing the chipset drivers ?

error shows :-

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.


yaa i reinstall the chipset driver but problem not solve.

Download the latest drivers from the intel website and install.

Do you find these files in c:/Windows/system32 or c:/Windows/system32/drivers folder
usbhub.sys
usbport.sys
usbuhci.sys
usbui.dll

Try downloading them from the computer manufacturers site. not intel, but rather say something like Gateway, Dell etc... Sometimes they modify drivers. Also, do a Microsoft update. You may be missing some important files that Albin mentioned.
