Unhappy Problem With New MOBO

i buy a new mobo enlight motherboard 865GVJA3 socket 478....
but when i insert a CPU intel pentium 4 1.6 GHZ socket 478..it dont show nothing happen..my monitor led is orange..no sound..what can i do??
i allready buy 2 same mobo and both not boot..or this mobo need a setting jumper or what??
anyone here can help me..i'm so tied with this prob...huhuhu...please help me...


please dont say that i must have change a new model of mobo....huhuhu

my processor is ok..i already test with another mobo it's work..but with this mobo it's not work..i already buy 2 same mobo but nothing happen,,no sound n nothing..or there need to setting any jumper at mobo..this is first time i buy this mobo brand ENLIGHT..i'm really frust with this mobo...

which brand motherboard is it ? Don't opt for cheap local quality products, better get Asus/MSi motherboard.
