Suggestions for a Fusion Processor

Guys ,i am thinking about upgrading my old desktop which was in my storage room for 2 years,I am trying to figure out which APU would be the best and cheapest, since I won't be using it that much,as I have laptop and iPad.

So suggest me an APU which costs around 100-150$.

Well, it's a laptop CPU, so I doubt it will come close in terms of performance.
