call center management system
I want to develop a software on call center management system using c#.net and SQL Server.If anyone's having any sample plzzzzzzzzzzzz help me out.

hmmm... call centre software....
How about connecting a tape deck with a perminently looping tape that says " Your call is important to us, Please hold, Someone will be with you as soon as possible " and get that to repeat for a few hours ![]() Sorry, If its any help I have a lot of experience with meridian and some of the major pabx systems ![]() |
