Using ScrollBar in Powershell GUI...How? PLS!!

Hi all!

I need help quickly in a problem!
I create a GUI in powershell. The PrimalForms program from Sapien make it easy.
I would like to use a Scrollbar with a Label. I want to visualize the text in a Label.. and I need a ScrollBar to navigate in the visualized text up or down.
But How can I Bind these two elements?
That If I move the scrollbar, it shal makes the text in the label move up or down.
Please help me!
Any Idea will help me!
