Active Directory backup software / user profile backup

Hey everyone: Can anyone suggest the best or at least very dependable software for backing-up Active Directory, also enterprise software for backing-up user desktops?

Can we take the backup of AD using windows backup features?

Hey Shan: Yes, I that will work, but I would like to know whether or not there is a separate, all encompassing software that will sit on top of the active directory and mark changes.....etc. For example, if a user tells me that he / she accidentally deleted an important file and windows restore is of no use, what software can be used to capture that data per user profile?

Incremental/differential backup is not possible for AD. In the organization I work for (~100,000 users), we use Symantec Backup Exec and it pretty much does the job for us . And yes, you can selectively restore data (for example a single users profile).
