Managing High Amount of Business Emails?

Our company sends and receives hundreds or emails daily with and without attachments that can be as big as 30MB. We have emails of the past 7 years to deal with and that accounts to about 6 - 7 TB. We canít afford to store it in a mail server or in our office storage as we have limitations. We canít afford to delete either as all these emails are useful and need may arise in the future. We are looking at the possibility of using an email archive service, where we can archive all the emails except for the last 2 years and access it whenever we need them. We havenít used an archival service before and would like to know what would be our best choice here. I would also like some suggestion on what company service to use. As these emails are extremely important, we prefer using highly secure and quality service for a premium rather than free service which will have some kind of drawbacks.
