Red face Veritas Backup Exec Error

I am using Veritas Exec for backup of my servers.I am getting errors while taking backup this results backup fail. On the client servers i have installed the veritas agent on client servers. I getting following error

Application popup: beremote.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x010bebe6" referenced memory at "0x016aa9fa". The memory could not be "read".
I am running Windows 2000 advance server.

Anyone please Help me to resolve this issue

Is this error in the client servers right? It seems something wrong with the beremote.exe file. It may be corrupted.

Also it can be due to a fault in memory chips or Windows error.

It it happening only in a client server or in all of them?

How I will be able to slove the fault in memory chips or windows error. This error is only happen in Client servers.

Run an overnight test if possible, or run the test for as long as possible.
