Unhappy Packed Archive(s) Repairer Tool Needed

Hi, I just recovered some 7zip and 1 self extracting RAR setup file and couple RAR files from a somehow damaged disc. But now every single time I execute these files or use WinRAR to extract them. A error dialog box comes up saying the etc files are corrupt cannot be executed or extracted. I really need these files to work, because these files work my original Doomsday Game Engine, without these files, the Doomsday Engine cannot be opened and functioned. Is there any tool or program to repair these recovered files followed by their executions - Exe, RAR and 7zip??
The CD I recovered the files from is not damaged or scratched at all. It’s just weird how the disc worked on my old computer 3 years ago, left it there, and now I need to use it and the CD doesn’t even work, so I had to recover the files using CD Recovery Toolbox Free Edition. Unusual how it doesn’t work?!!!

So how do you say that the cd's are damaged ?? try extracting the files using IsoBuster.
