Okay. downloaded it will see how that goes. I just purchased a registry cleaner. I tried one on like and it scanned my computer and found like 1119 errors in my comp. Do you think it might be infected or are those registry cleaners online a scam?

CCleaner which is a freeware does the job. Too much aggressive registry cleaners are bad for Windows

Okay so I tried the registry cleaner it shut down in one of my scans and rebooted. The blue error screen came up again after another scan. Im going to try the temp monitoring to see if thats the case, anything else? You think its something to do with the BIOS?

Okay I ran Memtest and this is what it said after like a couple of minutes running. Pairs 5385283 does not store values accurately.

It then said "cannot accurately store data in RAM. You need to fix this"

You need to change your memory modules (ram sticks) or buy new ones.

Thats wierd because we just put a memory stick in a little while ago. I have a C Drive and a Bigger D drive for things.

Hey do you have any recommendations on gaming computers? What is the difference between Quad core and Core 2 Quad and Quad 2 Duo? Where could I look online?

if you have multiple memory sticks, then you need to check them one by one in memtest.

Quad core is simply having 4 cpu cores.
Core 2 Quad is having 4 cpu cores of Intel, each of type Core 2 Quad processors
and where did you find Quad 2 Duo ??

For gaming concentrate more on graphics card.

So im tired of messing with this computer. Im looking at either tiger direct or newegg for a new computer which one would you choose that is around 900 bucks. im looking at the Phenom II x 4 but not sure which model. Also is DDR2 the most popular memory slots people have on their gaming rigs today or have you seen people get DDR3?
