Question Embedded Fonts in Word 2003

Hello,

I've edited my resume in Word 2007 using Cambria, and saved with embedded fonts.
However when I view it in Word 2003 (on a different system with Cambria not installed) it comes up in Times New Roman.

The embedding is doing something because the file size goes from 200kb to 1.2Mb. but doesn't seem to be working?

on this new system, if I install Cambria, it opens fine - if I remove cambria it comes out in Times New Roman again.

I'd like to make sure it opens up with Cambria regardless of whether it's installed or not, if I send it to employers that demand .doc format.

Thanks.
