I assume that this error is related to MS Office 2007. Try uninstalling MS Office 2007 from your Add/Remove Programs and installing it again from the CD.

yes, try to re-install it again. if you get problem in uninstalling Office 2007, check this link for alternate way.
How to manually uninstall the 2007 Office system if you cannot uninstall it by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature
