Display page problem

hello everyone. I am having a problem which, I hope, someone will be able to help me resolve.
When I am viewing any page, be it a web page or files or documents on my computer, the page automatically goes to the bottom. This happens about 90% of the time.
I have tried using the page up key on the keyboard with limited results. I was wondering if anyone could inform me of what I could do to resolve this issue.

Thank you, unclebeer

Sounds like either page down key or the spacebar is sticking. Have you tried a different keyboard?
