Andrew - the history with that individual is that they will just rename
it or move it to another folder or ask people to email for the fix. Once
he finds a valuable tool he doesn't let go of it, just morphs it so that
it's not in the same path/name that you found this time.

If I become aware of illicit activity by any individual, I'll
certainly take appropriate action to protect my interests.

If an individual, after having received warning, usurps my rights,
that person assumes an important tort risk.

I have pointed out in this thread that what was done was illegal. If
it stops at that, so much the better. If not, I'll act swiftly.

And if you just convert your tool to an executable with a simple crc check
and/or encrypted strings, idiot savant pcbutts won't be able to pass it off
as his own.
