Maybe you didn't understand me. You need to email me with proof of who you
are and proof that you wrote the program. Replying in this newsgroup does
nothing. You could be anybody posting under your name. I have confirmation
safe guards in place at my company to verify your identity. I have
temporarily disabled the link until I verify who it belongs to. I have
already emailed the site owner where I got it from and to be honest they
have a much better right up and explanation on the file then your site does
if you are indeed you. They also do not charge for removal. If you are who
you say you are then verify it or the link goes back up. Out of respect I
took it down and that is much more then I have done for anybody in the past.
It's a nice script and if you wrote it I will give you credit publicly by
posting it in my forums and my blogs.

What do you want him to do? Send you his birth certificate, driver's
license, SS number, home address, phone and bank account numbers? Can you
not contact him from the email link on his website to verify who he is?

If there is a "site owner" that claims to be the author, please let me
know who they are by e-mail, web form (see below) or via this forum so
I can contact them. It's not useful to handle such discussions via an
intermediary.

My script is free. My personal intervention to disinfect individual PC
systems is not free. If my intervention was free, I would be swamped
with requests -- my disinfection method has not yet failed. All this

on all nine of my websites and 4 of my forums. Now you will have to prove to
my ISP, which is more difficult, then proving it to me. I just emailed my

I hope my position is clear -- I am the author of "Silent
Runners.vbs", which you copied under the name "Running now.vbs". You
thus violated my terms of use.

I will take action if you again host my script (or any plagiarized
