Fix for your issue

I have seen this issue a lot within my facility. All you need to do is
go to you local directory, program files, find the DISC folder, find
DISC UnInstall.exe.

This will uninstall the program completely from you computer.

Learn to use Google's webnews-for-dummies interface. If you want to
add a post to a discussion then REPLY to a post within that
discussion. Don't go opening seperate and disconnected posts (and
starting a whole new thread).
