Re: uninstall of Flash?
Thank Michael,
I use Crap Cleaner too, and agree it is good. Which Registry Cleaner was it that affected Flash? I use a whole raft of Spyware and reg cleaners and need to cut one or two out. -- Yours Quilly, "M.Balarama" <mbalar@sbcglobal.net> wrote in message news:1NsUj.2697$17.1308@newssvr22.news.prodigy.net ... Re: uninstall of Flash?
regscrubxp -I deleted it a while ago-I think that was the name--I changed anti virus and spyware but it still deleted my flash -then I found the culprit...no problem since I got rid of the reg cleaner..

Re: uninstall of Flash?
I tested Regscrub and it has not affected Flash. So I am still in the dark.
As a result, I have the standalone Flash program and if it ever gets uninstalled I immediately put it back again. That takes only about a minute, but it is still annoying.. -- Yours Quilly, |

Re: uninstall of Flash?
It took me about 3 months of constantly reinstalling flash to find the culprit. good luck
Java fix this is pretty much what I did: 1. Uninstall Adobe's packages (with uninstall_flash_player) 2. Empty temporary files and internet cache and restart. 3. Install the latest FlashPlayer version 9 from Adobe's web site I had to uninstall flash and then reinstall-took a few minutes but was a drag...
