Thats a pretty low increase .. i've got a 100 points increase in 3DMark06 ..., so u can pretty much get the idea ... Whats the 3DMark03 CPU Score btw ??

Also ,, with the increased HT and higehr clocked mem (which means a pretty higher mem. bandwidth) .. u should get much better CPU scores ....

Amazing I had no idea my memory could tolerate a HTL speed of 1178MHZ !! Simply amazed !!

Well windows was stable, but nTune was already showing me in the RED zone for both memory and HTL. Forced memory to 333MHz, and that rose too 390MHz. QS rating of 4082+

If only I had a better memory stick like corsair that I could depend upon.

Stupid fool .. why don't u decrease the HT multiplier to 4x , then the HTT should be at ~940 MHz , which is quite safe ... try it ...

I think the clock speed is still a bit high. Well anyways, I don't need to overclock right now to play NFS MW, and surf the net ...LOL ... but maybe some time later, I may overclock, when a higher speed is required.

Well, as to some doubts expressed wether with changed RAM timings, my system would boot or not, just tried it and well ... success

Yes it was stable ... but I was afraid 1100 MHz HTL speed (max 1050 is recommended) .. and these Zion .... have no faith in them. Well I don't need an OC right now. So just down clocked again. If I need to OC, then I got to redice the multiplier to 4X, CPu multiplier to 10 and then maybe OC my FSB to 240 ... like what deathvirus did.

With an HTL speed of 1100 my machine was literally flying ...... sadly had in been corsair ... I would have had some faith. But with Zion .... absolutely no faith with OC

Was it stable idle or @ Prime95 or Super Pi?

Which chips is the memory based on???

Yaa....it would have been corsair,OCZ,UCCC,D43 then no need to even overclock the memory!!! just start increasing the FSB...lol...

Well .. frankly speaking I am 90% sure my system will be unstable in Prime95 torture tests ... 1100Mhz .. can even damage my memory. So I never risked running a stress test at that speed.

But Super PI 1M test completed successfully. Took 4 seconds less. Completed in 37 seconds, while normally at stick Super PI 1M takes 41secs to complete. And the major adv. of a superior memory would be that I could get 1T latency. Currently it is 2T ... 1T system highly unstable

Didn't understand. My memory is a Zion DDR400 running dual channel, 1Gb each.
