HELP ME in Wifi Connection with a Friend's Computer

Do anybody know a free wifi software. a friend of mine who is away from my island have a software called 'lime wire 4 ' he says that it is a free wifi usable software. he will take 2 week to send it to me. . hehehe. . . do anyone know the truth of that software?

The LimeWire that i know is a p2p file sharing application using the guntella networks. it basically works on any type of internet connection and even on Wi-Fi.

btw -- are you planning for a direct Wi-fi transfer across an island ?? you need a mini-satellite for the signal to be that poweful

our wifi signal is very good. and i dont think i need that. . .

but still what kind of Wi-Fi adapter you use, that allows you to transfer across islands ? it requires quite a power adapter to be able to do so, not normal for home use.
