Changing The Welcome & Virus To Shutdown many times?

I want to know How to change the WELCOME to my name?(its in tha login screen, when password enter)

OR

I want to knwo how to shutdown pc many times with virus.
Please help me

Control Panel -> User Accounts and click 'Change your account name'

and for the 2nd thing, we don't discuss promoting viruses, but as a simple trick you can add a logon script that will shutdown

shutdown -s -t 00

btw this is not a virus at all
