How to configure few keys of my laptop?

Hello,

I would like to configure few keys of my laptop.

I need to key often few letters which are not on the keyboard: à , é , ì , ò , ù , which are the 5 vowels with the accent ‘ over each one, they are quite common in the Italian language, and adding the Euro currency symbol €.

Can you tell me how to program just the 5 keys to have the vowels with the accent ‘ over each one?

For all other keys I would like to keep the English language setting as it is represented on the keyboard.

Ad example it would be convenient to me if by keying: “control”, or alt ,or the windows key, + “a” I would get “à” (the a with the accent over it).
