Scrolling Webpages move like waves
when i scroll my web page either from up to down or down to up
the page moves like wave........... why it apppear like this???? |

Which browser are you using ? Are there lot of images in the page esp gif images ? Note down the cpu usage while scrolling. Firefox has a small issue especially with gif images, scrolling is not smooth with gif images around.
In Firefox, Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> General -> Browsing, check and enable "Smooth Scrolling". In Internet Explorer, make sure smooth scrolling is enabled. Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Browsing, check and enable "Smooth Scrolling". Default is enabled.

Once the browser settings are checked as per bakuryu's suggestions download and install the altest graphics drivers for your video card/mother board.
