Help with Video Surveillance and recommendations

I am in charge of Security for my small company and we would like to start video surveillance in the office. We have allot of computer hardware in the office and we want to ensure that the equipment is not stolen or taken. I would like to get wireless cameras if possible and cost effective.

Does anyone have any recommendations? What are some of the key things I should look for when evaluating vendors and equipment? How much and what type of hardware will I need to invest in?
