Laptop wont turn on!

Hi,

My laptop wont turn on, nothing shows up on the screen. Power is running through it, lights come on but i can not control buttons or monitor.. The power in time turns itself off then back on again.

I am running Vista and its a Compaq laptop if that information helps any!

A friend had the same problem before. Supportrix.com helped in solving that issue.
