Help please - planing on going into working for computers, Where to start?

hi, i am just getting into computers, and i know next to nothing, and was wondering where to start, and if anyone can help me get on the right track?

i have never been able to do anything if something has gone wrong with my computer, and i want to change that. so im looking to repair, and how to work command prompt and/or dos so that i can do more things then just twiddle my thumbs if something goes wrong

as i posted, if you know how to post, then you already know how to use a pc.

if you want to repair, then the fastest way is to apprentice in a pc store. actual experience is the best teacher. at my store, you have to pay to apprentice.
