Decoding, modifying and generating aztec code

Hi everyone, this is my first message and I'm glad to enjoy this forum because you're great .

I'm trying to decode the 2 aztec codes in the attachment.

I know for sure data within them are almost identical and my goal is to create a 3rd aztec code with the same constant part of data but a new variable part of data I choose. Data are both numbers and letters and I know the variable part is made of numbers.

I started trying with online web sites like these:

zxing.org/w/decode
to decode their content but I just got a series of ? and ascii caracters. I've also red wikipedia file about building aztec code but I wonder if there's a software that do it automatically (especially the decoding) or I just didn't understand the way to read the string of ?s and ascii caracters resulting from the 2 websites below.

So I'm searching softwares (both free and shareware) or online web sites to decode my codes in a way I'll change the variable part ("easily") to encode a new code.

Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions

See you.
