I prefer Firefox but also use Opera and Explorer. Keep all so that I can view my site in the different popular browsers.

IE is useful when some sites doesnt support FireFox e.g. Dataone Usage Checking site i.e. 10.240.43.216

so i use both.. but 98% Firefox and 2% IE

Hello Strider :What does google.analytics say about the browser used by viewer of this site .?

On my blog out of about 2000 users(for april) .I found that 63% where using IE and about 30% were using Firefox .

Actually Firefox is better ; but on the downsize it consumes a lotta CPU Memory.... Plus I have noticed if I open multiple videos (youtube, metacafe, u name it) in different tabs in the same window ; my Firefox crashes and the whole system hangs.... Then again maybe that's due to my OS ; because the same thing doesn't occur on different PCs running Firefox.... IE is better in this respect ; although overall the GUI and the seamless looks of Firefox are unmatched

As a developer, I user both, IE is good for standard browsing but FireFox has some very useful development tools. Since I run the latest release of both, lately I have noticed that FireFox is a little more stable. FireBug for FireFox, is much better at debugging code than what I have found in IE. If you are building/maintaining a website, you have to support the top two browsers.
