Big deal line rental is going up from £12 per month to £12.50 if you don't pay by direct debit or Monthly payment plan. Stephen |

So why didn't they stick their noses in when useless telewest/ntl/blueyonder/virgin media or whatever name they are calling themselves today upped their none DD charges to a fiver ? . I don't agree with charging by any company for none direct debit payments but if it has to be BT are welcome to it for the superb service they provide when compared with other telecom's companies and ISP's. Trading standards are a load of rubbish and always take the side of whatever company or outfit you call them about reckon they must have a personel grudge against BT seeing they are taking this stance . On the other hand I do think it is wrong of BT to be charging customers a fiver when they leave !!! . |

Saw it in an enclosure which came with my bill this morning called "keeping you informed" We are also introducing an administration charge of £ 5.00 ( inc VAT) for all customers who cease service with BT. This will not apply to customers moving home who transfer BT service to their new address. I do think it is time someone got a grip of all the companies in the UK not just BT regarding all the trumped up charges they are now all adding to customers bills they are all a total rip off if you ask me. One by one all are moving to Indian call centers so that when we call to complain we cannot understand a word their rep in Mumbai or wherever says . |
