I may be wrong but I'm sure that there is either a real human on duty 24hrs a day or at least a voicemail for you to leave a message so you could do it after "normal" business hours. I'll wait till the book's on the way to the publishers before taking matters further. The problem with voicemail is that the staff might ring back when D's asleep.
