Anyone used a dual sim card adapter?

I found a site with some great info on how to use a dual sim card
adapter with 2 sims (one handset). But I can't find whether you can
receive calls from either number at the same time?

No - the principle they usually work on is that you toggle between the two
sim cards by turning the phone off and on again. THe phone works normally
using the sim card selected, whilst the other sim card is idle.
