Re: Anyone using 18185 at the mo?

I really do use it a lot to be honest.

My bill is ALWAYS over £9 per month. At the cost of 5p per call, that's a
lot of calls.

I'm going to give Vonage a try.

I'm on cable broadband and my phone is BT, so if all goes well I'll drop the
BT Line.

I always have the mobile for back-up.

Thanks for all the replies, and the OP, for the info.

Mike

I'm another long-time satisfied 18185 user (based in Poole, but also use it
on my mobile). My bills are about the same size as yours.

However, like you I have recently had a long delayed bill where the email
was sent out well after the DD was claimed from my bank account. I did
eventually get an email apology from them, blaming a technical problem.
Coincidentally, but not surprisingly (being the same company), the same also
recently happened recently with my 1899 account - also for the first time
ever.

I hope they get this problem fixed soon, and it does not become a regular
occurrence.
