How do I report a faulty BT line from a Virgin Media line.?
BT don't give a fault reporting national or local number to call from
a mobile or Virgin Media line. I have a BT line and a VM line. The BT line doesn't work yet there is no way I can call BT from my mobile to report the fault. -- Alasdair. |
