I know on VirginMedia in my area (ex-NTL) they try to format internatational cli into a UK number by taking the last 10 digits (including country code) and bunging a zero on the front. This means that, for example, a French number +33 1 23456789 will be formatted as 03123456789 or a Dutch number +31 123 456789 as 01123456789. A number in Orlando (+14072813676) would probably lead to this result on VM, but I can't think of any other possible countries that would lead to a result like that. Alternatively it could be completely spoofed. |
