When I was getting the paper copy, I knew where to look and could find
the relevant information easily.

Look at the mess of today's updates (5th November)

For example
Section 2:Call Charges & Exchange Line Services -
2964 K zip file which unzips to a mess of 639 files -including the
..bak files which someone didn't bother clearing.
Whould one of these files be named something useful like "index"?
Nah...
You are right, BT's opinion: much better on the web, the customer
can't find it's way around your *&^%$ price list.

Not for SFI charges it isn't. After about 4 months of disputed charges
we have a meeting with em on Wednesday. Should be fun!

Are you trying to download it, or look at it 'live' so to speak?

Note to self: Look at customer downloadable version somewhen.

Ah, you must be using the BT definition of the word 'Fun', I know it well.
Most people would read the definition as 'slow torture, and death by
boredom'.

We got to the stage of "tell us which section in the price list covers
the charge you are making", and they totally refused to do so!!!

Wednesday's meeting will be very interesting...
I can't think of anything they could say that would get them out of it.

Since it's all indexed by Google I think it's easier than in the paper
days.

Try ["new supply" site:serviceview.bt.com]
