talk talk and 18418
Ok, I've got the TT total plan, but not the TT BB. Does anyone with
the TT total plan, have experience of dialing to the 50 destinations *without* using the 18418 prefix and have TT charged you if the prefix has been omitted?? I've got some numbers stored in my speed dial ( to the included destinations and prefixed with 18418) and have been using them without problems for some months and TT billing hasn't billed me. Since Nov 01, I've been unable to dial France when using the 18418 prefix but can normally dial successfully when excluding the prefix ie: 0033 546 xxxx. I'm in discussion with TT but as yet can get no sense out of them (not a big suprise really) . Some of their staff say I don't need the 18418 prefix when calling on of the 50 selected countries and others say that I do. Maybe, someone here could clarify the situation through thier own experience with the TT total plan. TIA, Chris |
