Re connect
A few weeks ago I arrainged with BT to re connect an old line the day
before re connection was due I called and canceled the order it turned outon asking that I was speking with a very nice lady in cust options team in Glasgow. I told her my like was due to be connected the next day and asked if I could cancil no problem sir she said and took details and said it done this was two weeks ago yesterday this morning I received a bill for £22 something on checking I found that the line had been connected !. Am I entitled to now call them and ask that the bill be canceled and also the line of course ?. |

Last time I checked res customers could cancel the order with no charges up to provision. check Business customers can be charged for any work done to provide service to that time. Stephen |
