If you have a Vodafone contract mobile then Vodafone will also install a
landline for £99 I believe, you get their broadband, calls and line rental
for £25 per month.

Openreach is not the reason the new install charge has gone up this
much - that's down to BT Retail and their own pricing decisions
(within what they're allowed to do under current regulations). The
cost of buying a new line from Openreach is £88 and is lower than it
was 5 years ago. However Openreach only sell to Telecoms Providers,
not direct to end users (businesses or otherwise).

£88 + 17.5% VAT = £103.40
