Aargh. Bloody BT (or is it Entanet???)
Has anyone ever managed to successfully place a combiled PSTN + ADSL
order via Entanet? I tried and so-far have failed dismally. Enta gave me a GIWC code to give to BT. BT Deny the existance of such codes. I tried for nearly a week to call BT and escalate it through to someone who might know what it was. Nothing. BT were blaming Enta and vice versa. Does anyone know what this is and why it's not working? Frustrated. Gordon |
