And it doesn't help when I'm actually doing this for one of my customers and not me... They're moving office. Signed the papers on the wednesday, gave me the address on the Thursday and wanted to move in 10 days later (er, today actually), then we all spend a week on the phone to BT & Enta getting no-where, so they postpone their move until next week which is the latest they can possibly leave it... Ho hum. Somehow I really doubt they'll have any sort of service then... I'd suggest that they take an early festive break, but I don't think that would go down well )-: Or maybe I'll do that myself ... ![]() Gordon |
