Intersting. I've spent over 3 hours on the phone to BT and Entanet
trying to get this sorted. What a pile of crock.

Thanks,

Gordon

Don't feel personally slighted though. The current news item over on
think broadband, about the monthly report from the "Office of the
Telecommunications Adjudicator", ends with ....

"The biggest stumbling blocks we hear of from posters on our forums
are problems using the simultaneous provide process and .........."

You're obviously not alone :-(

Indeed... And it doesn't help when I'm actually doing this for one of my
customers and not me... They're moving office. Signed the papers on the
wednesday, gave me the address on the Thursday and wanted to move in 10
days later (er, today actually), then we all spend a week on the phone
to BT & Enta getting no-where, so they postpone their move until next
week which is the latest they can possibly leave it... Ho hum. Somehow I
really doubt they'll have any sort of service then... I'd suggest
that they take an early festive break, but I don't think that would go
down well )-:

Or maybe I'll do that myself ...

That's an interesting article. Do you know what happens with SPO from a
company that uses wholesale line rental? I'm going to be getting a line
and ADSL installed for my sister soon with the Post Office and cut out BT
line rental altogether.
