Hi,
I am trying to get get the below structure. I understand how to do it using a table however I would like for it to have a few specific functionalities that I just can't work out.
When filling it out I would like for the underline not to move until you get to the end of the available space then if the user needs more space I would like the underline to move with the text and expand as necessary.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
