[Help] Outlook mark as unread rule?

I have a blackberry pearl that I have set up to access my work email thorugh POP as my work does not have BES at this time.

When I get on my laptop and pull email everything is marked as read unless something JUST came in and my phone hasn't pulled it down yet. I was hoping for a rule that would mark everything unread as it came in but that is not an option.

Any way to do this?
