hwinfo is a separate tool, and is not included in Windows.

http://www.hwinfo.com/

there is msinfo32.exe however present in Windows.

Try opening the Device Manager and look for any devices with a yellow triangle next to it. If there are any, list the names of the device/devices

hmm i tried the device manager but didnt find any yellow triangle.

Getting a new memory card is probably the best way to go, as there are no hardware issues in the computer and re-formating doesn't work...
