Three text to speech voices on Windows 8

In Windows 8, there are three new text to speech voices: Microsoft David (US male) and Zira (US female) and Hazel (UK female). IF you have to stare at the computer screen for a long time reading some text or files, you can have the text or files read out to you with these natural voices. By doing so, you can avoid eyestrain. The voices will work with most text-to-speech software programs, such as panopreter, it can not only read the text out using above voices, but converts the text to mp3 file, so you can listen it later with a mp3 player.
